It’s the favorite time of year around here: FALL. We’re going into the fall festival season, so we’re traveling all over the place. We’re getting out the seasonal wines, emptying tanks, and getting ready for the end of year.
We’ve got a new wine that’ll be coming out in about a month, but we’re not going to give anything away on it yet. I’ll tell you it’s right along our train of thought on wine making. 🙂
Candied Apple is out! Yummy as always. Winter Peach and Fezziwig’s are available now. The “Christmas” dessert wines will be out by Thanksgiving. We’re hoping to have Apple Mead, but it may not be ready in time.
